Bass Strait Trans­port oper­ates from a state of the art facil­i­ty in Altona North. Util­is­ing a fleet of near­ly 100 ded­i­cat­ed Trans Bass Trail­ers, we offer FCL, LCL and express ser­vices in and out of Tas­ma­nia dai­ly. We also offer spe­cial­ist ser­vices in the trans­port of agri­cul­tur­al machin­ery, trac­tors and min­ing & mobile equipment. 

Bass Strait Trans­port com­menced oper­a­tions in Novem­ber 1998 in Port Mel­bourne, Vic­to­ria. Since that time, it has grown into a major provider of Trans Bass Freight For­ward­ing ser­vices. Our com­mit­ment is to offer inno­v­a­tive solu­tions and qual­i­ty ser­vice to all of our customers.
